Quality Assurance and Health & Safety Lead
As Quality Assurance and Health & Safety Lead, you own and continuously strengthen Petrodec’s Integrated Management System across quality, occupational health & safety and technical safety. You ensure compliance with legislation and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), maintain audit readiness, lead incident investigations and act as a lead during projects.
By bridging governance and operations, you reinforce safety culture, reduce risk exposure and ensure structured, reliable compliance across projects and offshore activities — driving continuous improvement in both system performance and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation, verification and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
Lead a team of safety specialists in a project driven organization
Plan and perform 1st, 2nd and 3rd party audits (internal, supplier and certification audits)
Monitor and interpret new legislation and industry standards; translate requirements into (operational) practice
Lead and support incident investigations and root cause analyses
Ensure document control and compliance with Petrodec filing and governance standards
Advise Project Managers, OIMs and department heads on QHSE risks, deviations and mitigation measures
Support emergency preparedness, planning drills and safety reviews (HAZID / HAZOP / COMOPS)
Manage supplier performance reviews and compliance assessments
Drive corrective action tracking and system improvements
Provide leadership and promote a proactive safety culture during our prjects
