Project Manager (Offshore / Marine / Oil & Gas)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of project lifecycles from tender phase through to final client sign-off. Primarily office-based with occasional offshore and site visits, you will drive project delivery, manage contracts and budgets, and lead dedicated shore and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project & Tender Management: Oversee project planning, feasibility assessments, execution strategies, and tender designs.

• Financial & Contract Control: Manage main contracts, budgets, subcontractor performance, and variations.

• QHSE & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to QHSE standards, lead safety initiatives, and coordinate with legal and regulatory bodies.

• Team Leadership: Build and manage project teams, handle performance assessments, and foster long-term staff development.

• Stakeholder Relations: Proactively manage client requirements, report progress to the Operations Director, and act as a key troubleshooter.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Project Manager experience, ideally within Offshore, Marine, or Oil & Gas (decommissioning background is a strong advantage).

• Solid practical knowledge of marine installations, asset capabilities, and risk assessment techniques.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach, empower, and present.

• Commercial acumen with strong budgeting, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of QHSE legislation, safety management systems, and ISO standards (9001/14001).

• Fluent in English with proficiency in MS Office and computer systems.
